Our menu is creating the genre of ‘American Craft’. Large, oversized portions will be sure to catch each persons eye before the food even hits the table. 

Creative and unique hand ‘Craft'd’ menu items centered around our IN HOUSE smoked meats will be the focal point. 

From our Smoked Chicken Sammy served atop ‘French Toast’ bread and an apricot habanero salsa, to our house-made Pig Candy (slow cooked bacon, topped with sweet and savory spices).

Craftd in Plainfield is the brain child of industry veterans Barry Michael and Corey Knowles. 

With over 40 years of high volume restaurant and bar experience, these 2 created an amazing partnership.
